Bowl - pink painted Poplar
Lovely hand-turned breakfast bowls for everyday use. The outside is painted with old fashioned milk paint the pigments are natural and food safe, the bowl is then treated with food safe ' tung' oil.
Wash with warm water and soap - don't put them in the dishwasher.

"All of my spoons are hand-carved using traditional tools and techniques.
They are made from indigenous wild hardwoods of rural Wales, while the wood is still green.
Most wood is foraged by myself; broken branches on the roadsides, fallen trees in the woods, I always keep my eyes open and bring my folding saw when I walk the woodland.
I design and make durable, practical spoons, striving for a high standard of excellence and beauty.
