British Lithography 1800 - 2022

This exhibition offers a visual survey of British lithography from its beginnings at the turn of the 19th Century to the present day, focussing on the collaboration between artist and printer.

Many of the prints on display are taken from the Aberystwyth University School of Art Collections, supplemented by those on loan from contemporary artists and studios. Paul Croft RE, the curator of this exhibition, qualified as a Master Printer at the Tamarind Institute, Albuquerque in 1996 and now teaches printmaking at the School of Art in Aberystwyth.
