Refund Policy

We’re happy to refund, exchange or offer a credit note on all items provided they are returned to us in their original packaging and condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty items will be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase, otherwise a repair or replacement will be offered.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Courses and Events:

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. We often rely on small numbers of bookings to have a course or event run and so we appreciate time to access reserve lists or cancel the course entirely.

If you do cancel we will endeavour to sell your place. If the place is purchased a refund of 90% will be given. No refund is available otherwise.

We regret that we are unable to swap you from one course to another, they are non-transferable.

In the event that we 'Oriel Davies' have to cancel a course or event you will receive a full refund and/ or be offered an alternative date.
