Refund Policy
Thanks for buying and supporting Oriel Davies.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch most orders within 3 working days.
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but if we do not have your chosen product we will email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery.
We use Royal Mail tracked service. All packaging is recycled and recyclable wherever possible.
Refund
If you wish to return an item, please initially email siop_shop@orieldavies.org within 14 days of the purchase.
If the item is unwanted and returned in saleable condition, we can offer a refund, exchange or credit note.
We are unable to refund the shipping costs of either the initial sale or the return.
If the item you receive is faulty or damaged, we can offer an exchange, refund or credit note and will also refund the return postage to Oriel Davies Gallery.
Refunds will be to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days.
Courses and Events
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We rely on small numbers of bookings to have a course or event run and so we appreciate time to access reserve lists or cancel the course entirely.
If we can sell your place, you will be offered a 90% refund.
No refund is offered otherwise.
If we have to cancel a course or event you will receive a full refund and/ or be offered an alternative date.
