Drawing and Data Collection
Using drawing we will collect visual notes to help learn and identify signs of spring in our local plant life and create a personal image resource of sketches.
Drawing Memory and Learning
Drawing can help you remember information better than writing or taking a photograph. Drawing helps you learn and retain information by integrating visual, kinetic and semantic information.
Deborah will share processes of drawing to help you collect linear data, patterns and symmetries of the line within nature. Enhancing hand eye co-ordination and observational skills.
Drawing, Connecting with Nature and Wellbeing
The process of drawing, looking and recording, can boost positive emotions and mindfulness and reduce stress. Enabling us to be present in the moment and experience the natural world around us.
