Maya Jordan is an award winning writer, storyteller and holder of sacred circles.

Her memoir is due to published by September Publishing in 2026. She writes a fortnightly column for The Mirror’s Lemon-aid Parenting and has published in national magazines and journals.

In 2022 an extract of her novel was performed by Michael Sheen for BBC Wales for St Davids Day - Margins to Mainstream, as well as a live performance at the Royal College of Music in Cardiff. She has performed her work at the House of Commons, at Food Fairs and festivals.

She blogs at Bordering Grey – Writings on Life, Going Grey at the Borders.

A neurodiverse, proudly working-class writer, she is passionate about access to the arts for all, especially those disadvantaged or marginalised in society and believes we all have stories to share.
