Telling your story your way.
This creative and fun writing workshop invites you to pay attention to your world as you play with writing your life story. Delivered by award-winning writer Maya Jordan, it is a chance to spend time playing with words and paying attention as we explore telling our stories with our own words. With readings, writing, and a chance to play, this workshop is open to new and experienced writers.
Maya Jordan is an award-winning writer and storyteller living in Mid-Wales. Her memoir CHOPSY! The Resistance Tales of a Working Class Woman is out on 26th February 2026. Writing fiction and non-fiction, her work has appeared in national newspapers, literary journals and magazines. She has performed her work in libraries, galleries, festivals and the House of Commons.
‘Funny as hell and full of fight. Maya’s voice is the real deal.’
