Alan Ward
Trekking to Everest Base Camp
Alan Ward is a practicing International Mountain Leader celebrating his 30th anniversary in this role this month.
Alan has led 25 Himalayan adventures and travelled through 80 countries.
An active training provider in years gone by for Mountain Training, Rescue Emergency Care and the Royal Geographical Society he is now in semi-retirement but works for Bryn Walking on an occasional basis.

Helen Menhinick
Trekking and Training in Morocco
Helen Menhinick is a qualified Mountain Leader, a tutor for NNAS Bronze, Silver and Gold Navigation courses and Rescue Emergency Care first aid courses. She has managed treks in the High Atlas Mountains, Morocco for all women groups as well as providing training out there with Alan Ward. She has also trekked in Ladakh and Nepal. Helen is always enthusiastic and wants everyone to discover the outdoors and realise the physical and mental benefits for their well-being.
