The Grey Man Puppet: September 26th - Beth Clewes

Visit the exhibition to see the Grey Man. Bring into existence a new character in puppet form - they will become central to your own imaginative stories, yet to unfold

Bringing art to life: October 10th - Nicola Talbot

Creating stories from collective sketches

Side characters in clay sculpture: October 24th - Nicola Talbot

Explore emotions within the stories

Doodle, snip and stick: November 7th - Elin Crowley

Small thoughts can become BIG ideas!

A playful, relaxed workshop exploring how doodling can help us slow down, switch off and feel good. Participants will experiment with patterns, shapes, characters, colours and free-flowing marks, discovering how simple doodles can become a way to express thoughts, feelings and imagination.

Puppet landscape: November 21st - Beth Clewes

With your puppet by your side, together you will dream up a world in which to adventure. With a variety of materials, make an imaginative set for your puppet to explore. Walk your puppet through the landscape and capture the experience with video, photograph and word

(if you missed the first workshop, don't worry! There will be puppets available to use)

T-shirt printing: December 5th with Elin Crowley

Get creative and wear your art! Inspired by the Huwco Jones exhibition at Oriel Davies, this fun, hands-on workshop invites you to turn ideas from the exhibition into your very own T-shirt design.
