Mini Hardbacked Collaged Concertina Books
A small-group creative day making a mini collaged concertina book with a hard cover. Investigate collage techniques using a variety of media, pre-printed papers, fabric, magazine images and text then you could embellish with hand stitching or drawing techniques.
If needed, Jane will guide you through choosing a theme and how to investigate new creative ideas. You will soon start your own library of inspirational books that can be hung as wall art or stretched out on a shelf. They make a wonderful gift and the contents could reflect a shared memory or convey a special personal message.
Jane will provide all materials but feel free to bring along some of your creative stash to incorporate.
The workshop runs 10-4 with teas, coffees and a soup lunch included.
Ticket price includes a soup lunch from the cafe (V + GF)
