The idea of Arcadia has long fascinated artists. It has connections with a rural idyll, a bucolic past, escape to the country, or a rural utopia. These are all ideas that are relevant to our programme here at Oriel Davies. The idea of transformation is something else that fascinates us. Blodeuwedd symbolises transformation within the natural and magical worlds. Here we create a woodland, a space for contemplation and making things change.
Immerse yourself in Arcadia.
