Oriel Davies T-shirts!
Over the winter we were wearing branded Oriel Davies sweatshirts made from organic cotton. It meant that we were able to keep our thermostat just a little bit lower over the winter.
When the season changed it was too hot to wear sweatshirts but we had so many nice comments, that we decided to partner up with our friends at Community Clothing to get some summer work wear.
Patrick Grant, Founder of Community Clothing, (who you’ll know from The Great British Sewing Bee) said,
"We’re very proud of the clothes we make. We design every aspect of them with the utmost care and we make them from the finest quality natural materials in the very best British factories….Buying from us helps to support skilled jobs and the continuation of a proud tradition of textile making in communities right across the UK."
We’ve also teamed up once again with local screen printers Flood Print to brand them. Established in 2013, Flood was born out of two brothers passion for screen printing and love of T-shirt designs. With humble beginnings, Tudor and Morgan started a printing business and rented a small unit in Newtown. Since then they have been continuously growing and improving their prcoesses, passing the benefits on to customers. In fact, there's not much they don't know about T-shirt printing!
So if you’re looking for ethical clothing, made in the UK Community Clothing is a great place to start. We hope the T-Shirts will last a long time and continue to look good.
