CURIOUS / UNRULY: Creative activities inspired by Wales in Venice
Saturday Afternoon Art Club
The artists from Ennyn have been delivering an exciting block of inclusive workshops for 6 - 10 year olds that explore the natural world.
These workshops are a great opportunity for children to spend time getting to know each other, working with artists to develop mindfulness through creativity.
Nicky Arscott – led ‘Slowly Slowly Said the Snail’ – Exploring paint with some very special slimy guests!
And ‘Gondola of Fun’ – where life sized boats were built to carry us away into the Venice of our imaginations!
Beth Clewes led ‘Bog Beast Dig’ – a mini archeological dig to unearth ancient remains and piece together the story of a forgotten bog beast!
Liam Rickard led ‘Prehistoric Powys’ – Imagining the past through drawing and papier mâché sculpture.
It has been a fantastic block of Art Club and there are still two more sessions to go!
Follow us for news on the next block!
