Oriel Davies had a visit from Dr Nicky Guy Deputy Director Culture, Welsh Government this week.
She came to see how Welsh Government investment in CELF the National Contemporary Art Gallery Wales has been spent here in Newtown. She met with project manager Hughes Architects and main contractor Paveways. We’re delighted that this investment has been carried out by local people.
