Calling all LGBTQIA+ artists, illustrators, designers and makers. Opening doors for everyone.
We want to commission someone to produce a design for our main door, which we will launch during Pride Month. The budget is £250. We will produce the design as a large scale print that will celebrate our commitment to celebrating diversity and inclusivity.
The image might be an existing artwork, or something new. We really want to support someone from the LGBTQIA+ community and we feel that using our main entrance to celebrate diversity in this way allows us to make a statement that everyone is welcome at Oriel Davies. We care deeply about inclusive working practices and diverse teams. We’re keen to ensure we’re an organisation that works for everyone, so we particularly encourage applications from different underrepresented demographics.
