The Gallery is inviting applications for Relief Visitor Experience Assistants to join its bank staff team, supporting the gallery’s front-of-house, café and public programme activity. The casual zero-hours role involves covering weekends, evenings, holidays and staff sickness, with duties ranging from greeting visitors and supporting exhibitions to assisting with events, retail transactions and café service. Barista experience is welcomed but not essential. The role would suit people with strong customer service and communication skills, an interest in arts and culture, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Welsh language skills are also encouraged.
